Another Chanukah Miracle
If you joined us this year, it truly was a MIRACULOUS experience!
From the warmth of seeing our crowded sanctuary, to a meaningful and inspiring speech by Governer Kathy Hochul, to listening to the soul-stirring, Alan Goodis, our ADORABLE childrens choir, the talented adult choir and of course our AMAZING clergy. Oh what a night!! But that was only the begining; we reached a maximum capacity Dinner, with the invaluable help of MANY wonderful volunteer chefs and servers. On Saturday, our little ones met in Paul Hall for a CBE&Me that filled our hearts with hope for a better future. The Havdallah Service that evening, was warm and profound, as our congregation sat in a circle enveloping the room with love and togetherness.
This is the essence of being Jewish: love, tradition, and celebration.
Special thank you to The Kivort family

Raising Children in a Time of Antisemitism
Rabbi Greg Weitzman will be leading this session, along side members of our congregation, Carly Schwartzman, Ph.D. and Jenny Malatras, Ph.D. The growing levels of antisemitism in the US and our community means our kids are being exposed to this harsh environment ever earlier. What can we do to prepare and support our kids (and ourselves) to this unfortunately growing reality?
