How Can I Get Involved at Beth Emeth?

A Message from Beth Emeth's Volunteer Coordinator, Board Member David Wollner:

All congregants are encouraged to get involved in our Beth Emeth community by volunteering throughout the year. By becoming involved in any of the variety of volunteer activities ranging from the Sunday Soup Kitchen to assisting in the office, to helping with "fun" and "fund" raising events and programs, you can help us strengthen our community and make your temple experience more meaningful.

As the Board of Trustees Coordinator for our Volunteer program, I ask you to consider joining us for one of our varied service opportunities. Our Volunteer Survey (see below) includes more than 50 activities from which you can choose to participate. In addition, please let us know if you have other interests or skills that could benefit our local community. A member of the appropriate committee will contact you with more information when you complete the survey.

Feel free to contact me at dwalbany@nycap.rr.com or call me at 439-2619, if you have any questions. We certainly value your time, but please know that by completing our Volunteer Survey, you are in no way obligated to participate in any one activity.

Thank you for considering this opportunity to give back to our Beth Emeth community. Remember, a small time commitment can bring many personal rewards and be a positive spiritual and emotional experience.
