During these very difficult and unprecedented times, our thoughts and prayers are with our congregational community as well as those directly impacted by
COVID-19.
CBE Officers and Staff have been working closely together to monitor and to make sure that we are adhering to all of the recommended protocol as it relates to COVID-19 concerns. As a result:
1 – The temple building is now closed to the public for the remainder of this month (Thursday, March 31st). IN ADDITION, ALL PROGRAMS ARE CANCELLED through April 30th. We will keep you updated relative to worship services in April.
2 – If you need to communicate with our clergy or staff, you can easily reach them via e-mail or via their temple phone extensions.
3 – For the remainder of this month, Friday evening services will be live streamed each week at 5:30 PM and will then be archived thereafter. CLICK HERE to access live streaming via our temple web site.
The CCAR (Central Conference of American Rabbis) has made our prayer book, available on line. CLICK HERE to access that and note the following instructions:
* Scroll down the page to the bar under the prayer book cover.
* Click on the 3 dots to the right - and choose double page view
* Next, choose the icon that looks like two arrows crossed - this will open the prayer book full screen
* You can navigate through the pages of the prayer book with the arrows on the right and left hand sides of the screen
If you have any problems accessing the web site or prayer book, contact Deb Sokoler or call 518 436-9761 x230.
4 – Rest assured, we will continue to provide email updates as needed.
