9:30 - 11:00 AM in the Chapel. Speaker Elsa Reich, Clinical Professor at the NYU School of Medicine will discuss the Jewish Women's Breast and Ovarian Cancer Genetics Study being conducted at NYU. Dr. Reich will also discuss clinical applications of the research and what it means for all of us. Rosh Chodesh ~ Celebrating the Moon
10:45 am - 12:30 pm Join Rabbi King-Tornberg who along with women volunteers, facilitates this program. We study, pray, eat, socialize and commemorate the New Moon and the new month, as Jewish women have done for centuries. This is a great way to spend some of your Shabbat in a community of women, exploring issues important to us as Jews and as women.
