Parenting Center Programs
The Parenting Center is both a space as well as all early-childhood programming at Beth Emeth. As a "space," The Parenting Center is a warm and inviting room set up for our young families to bring their children. There are age appropriate toys in a living room type of environment.Programming at The Parenting Center Includes:
SHABBAT SHALOM YELADIM:
Our monthly Torah/Holiday based program for parents and their pre-schoolers. Teacher Micki Groper leads us in a celebration of Shabbat through stories,music, dance, crafts and a yummy nosh. This program is free and open to the public. Check our web site calendar for specific dates. Pre-registration is required by contacting Deb Sokoler at 436-9761 x 228/
PARENT TIME
Coffee and tea and a relaxed Parent get-together with their baby and/or toddler. Teacher, Emily Marynczak facilitates talks that focus on a wide variety of parenting issues. BABY BREAK:
A drop-in program at The Parenting Center on most Sundays from 9:30 AM - Noon, that Religious School is in session (see web site calendar). Join us for bagels and coffee and meet some new friends. Our teachers have a craft on hand for pre-schoolers and there are age appropriate toys for children of all ages. This program is free and open to the community; you do not need to pre-register.
