TEAM BONIM
TEAM BONIMWhat an amazing night at Bonim!!! Ryan Miller and his assistant Katie came to facilitate team building exercises. We started with a huge circle and everyone standing on a piece of paper. We had to communicate silently with someone else in the circle in order to switch places with them. One person was in the middle ready to tag whoever didn’t make the connection and was left without a piece of paper to stand on. There was a surprising amount of noise for a silent exercise, most of it laughter!
Next we split into two groups for team exercises. Each group got to crawl under and pass their teammates through a spider web. With teamwork, both groups were able to get everyone over to the other side.
For the final exercise . . . One team did a version of the Iditarod (without dogs) and the other a version of a human caterpillar.
We not only had a great time, but we broke ground in building our community!!!
